Seattle is in the house! The group of New Track City is comprised of members Bern, Chi Stone, and producer Dru On Beats. Influenced by Outkast, A Tribe Called Quest and Kanye West, New Track City is out to do their own creative thing and this new song “Plan B” is proof of that.
