Rodney O & Joe Cooley made classics, songs that bump to this day! The West Coast duo along with General Jeff gave us that bass which went on to become the Miami sound thanks to the 2 Live Crew who were originally from California and close friends of the group. Although the group no longer exists, their impact is still felt in today’s hip-hop world as Super Star 21 Savage has resurrected a Rodney O & Joe Cooley classic “Nobody Disses Me” for his bangin’ track “Steppin’ On N*ggas”.
