Legendary Nemesis producer, Don “DJ Snake” Brown, recently dropped the “Worthy” single featuring Bootha Vandross and Cin Q.
As he preps an upcoming album entitled Midi Life Crisis, DJ Snake has released a few new records in the last several months including “Get Cho Bread” featuring Too Short, Slink Johnson & Rakim Al-Jabbaar, “Wutchu Say” with Pikahsso & Jay Non Stop, and “Trendsetter II” featuring Ron C & DJ LEO J.
Additionally, Re:Zen of E-World Entertainment and DJ Snake are gearing up to release their new collaboration entitled “Move Lately” on November 10th.
The Dallas hip-hop originator co-founded and established the independent Get Off Me Records in 1987, releasing his first single “Oak Cliff / Snake Beats”. In 1988 he helped produce for Dallas hip-hop collective Nemesis, consisting of MC Azim, Big Al, Joe Macc, and Ron C.
DJ Snake produced two Profile Records albums for Nemesis, 1993’s To Hell and Back and 1995’s Temple of Boom, before leaving the group and moving to Atlanta, Georgia where he would go on to produce records for Too Short, Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz, MC Breed, T.I., E-40, UGK, Puff Daddy and others.
