Live at the Novo in downtown Los Angeles, DJ Quik will be meeting hip-hop lyrical icon Rakim on stage this upcoming June 24. In what is being billed as a “vs”, both East and West legends will be facing off with Jazzy Jeff joining the side of Rakim. What is so dope is that DJ Quik fills the roles of DJ, emcee, and producer so it will be interesting how this whole event plays out.Tickets are on sale at AXS.
