Music industry executive Stan Sheppard has officially joined together with Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based independent rap music powerhouse BlackOut Entertainment. The new venture is a multi-million dollar entertainment corporation started by a young Milwaukee business visionary known to his family and close friends as “Black”.
Focusing on breaking hot, new rap acts from the mid-west, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, the company employs the services of the top independent promotional and marketing executives in the music industry.
These independent executives, who are employed by BlackOut Entertainment, promote 90-100% of all the hit hip-hop singles released by the major labels.
BlackOut Entertainment is also preparing to open a state-of-the-art artist development center in Milwaukee which will assist new artists in stage performance techniques, photo and video production services, graphic design, merchandising services/set up, and music education courses.
The first single/video to be released on a worldwide scale is the artist known as PartyAt4.
Stan Sheppard says that the initial response from national radio promotion executives is absolutely incredible and that the label firmly believes that PartyAt4 will have a platinum single with his first release entitled “Red Bottoms” by the start of spring/summer 2022.
The V.P. of Promotion/Marketing for BlackOut Entertainment, KB The Playmaker, states that the single should hit the internet sites by March 1st.
