Outside is back! Most likely the largest festival to date in Los Angeles has been announced. The line up consist of old and new, from Hip Hop to Funk, to R &B. With legends and some of the greatest to ever touch a stage! This event is being put on by Snoop Dogg, Live Nation and Bobby Dee.
