TJ Tilman is not only a successful business owner he can now add author to his list of accomplishments. TJ was able to get his Child Support case dismissed after representing himself and identifying legal loopholes the state and county are using to keep some fathers in serious debt. As some may already know, keeping up with and paying monthly Child Support can be difficult especially if you have multiple children or cases. This can cause serious hardship for some and even prevent them from improving their lives to enable them to take care of their children.
As stated by TJ himself, “This is not a get out jail free card, take care of your kids.” However, the state and county have very unfair and aggressive collection methods that border illegal practices, when it comes to holding fathers accountable for Child Support debt. The interest payments alone can be identified as predatory as in some states it can be as high as 27% on missed or late payments. It might also be enlightening to state that having mothers on Child Support and working in Child Support can be seen as a conflict of interest and does not truly serve as a solution to keep families together, but rather adds to the difficulty of making sure the children are being best served by this system. There is a ton of fraud that is taking place with supposed mothers enrolling for county aid and automatically attaching child support fees to unknowing fathers. This can take place without the supposed father’s knowledge and can put the accused male in thousands of dollars of debt quickly before they know there is an issue.
All in all, the system needs a serious audit and overhaul. To equally serve both fathers and mothers looking for support from the other parent. Better controls and processing on attaching fees and cases to parents needs to be in place. And quicker adjustments and reconciliation of funds and cases need to be looked at. What TJ is doing is wonderful work, providing information and tools to those who may feel stuck or defeated with this system. He is using his own experience to shine a light on a sensitive subject that has caused a lot of pain and miscarriage of justice throughout our society and our community. Baron Davis, the former NBA basketball player, threw a star-studded bash to celebrate the debut of his metaverse character Bart Oatmeal. The event was hosted at the Slic Studios in Los Angeles and featured live performances by some up and coming names in hip-hop. The event was an incredible success with many special guests performing at the event including Spottie Wifi, 5ive Mics, Bless Escro, J Stone and more.
Baron also gave a sneak peek of some of the new songs he has been working on for his upcoming album. The launch of Bart Oatmeal marks the beginning of an exciting journey for Baron Davis as he enters into the world of virtual reality entertainment.
It will be interesting to see how Baron continues to use Bart Oatmeal as a platform to promote his music and engage with his fans in the future. As technology continues to evolve so too will these types of experiences and we can’t wait to see what else Baron has up his sleeve!

The Founder and CEO of the popular online media company Grindface. Has inked a marketing deal with film Director Deon Taylor and his Hidden Empire Film Group, who is most known for his BET series which featured Hip Hop icon, Flava Flav. Deon Taylor would go on to write, produce, and direct successful movies such as 2016’s Meet the Blacks starring Mike Epps, and 2019’s Black and Blue starring Tyrese Gibson.
The marketing deal was announced on Instagram by Dimitrius on his @iamgrindface page. The pair will be working together to get the word out on Deon’s new film “Fear” which is due to be released at the end of this year. Grindface was established in 2011 and began by supporting local Inland Empire artists. Today the Gridnface brand has amassed hundreds of thousands of followers by posting comedy skits, news, and entertainment media on all of its pages.

Compton, California hip-hop artist Snoopy Badazz, who in August signed to Death Row Records, the label that was acquired by Long Beach icon and entertainment mogul Snoop Dogg earlier this year, has shared a preview of his upcoming music video for “Love Y’all Hate” off the recently released Pick of the Litter 3 mixtape.
Snoopy Badazz dropped the 14-track Pick of the Litter 3 mixtape featuring Prince Ital Joe and Snoopy Blue in late October produced by Cap Slaps, with mixing and mastering handled by DJ Rek.
Snoopy Badazz built a name for himself in the last few years by dropping The Pick of the Litter mixtape series and has released two singles under Death Row Records with “Start From Scratch” and “Respect Freestyle” featuring Prince Ital Joe.
Snoopy Badazz also recently announced the launch of his own imprint, Killer Incorporated Records under Death Row Records to honor the legacy of the historic west coast label and to carry on with a new generation of artists and producers.

The “Blap God” ProHoeZak is also behind other recent hits from Too Short including “Ain’t Gone Do It” and the Lil’ Duval-featured “Big Sexy Thang”, as well as bangers for Snoop Dogg like “Roaches In My Ashtray”, “Say It Witcha Booty”. and the Bay Ambassador E-40‘s “19 Dolla Lapdance” with Suga Free.
